Our blog is so outdated! Here will be some posts from our Europe tour this summer. These are from Herr Zitterbart’s beautiful Clavier-Salon in Göttingen, where we performed Mozart, Schubert, Cowell and Mendelssohn.
Koinonia Trio at Brecon Village Retirement Home. The program included songs by Mendelssohn, Schumann, and Mahler performed by HyeJin on piano and Nathaniel on cello and voice. The trio performed the Charles Ives Piano Trio and Dvorak’s “Dumky” Trio. After the concert, the elderly lady at the right corner of the photo above told the trio, “I am 87-years-old. In my entire lifetime, never ever have I ever heard anything as beautiful as your music…“

Tenor Nathaniel sang songs, while playing cello, by Mahler, Schumann, Mendelssohn, and Schubert. The trio also performed works by Mozart and Schubert. The residents at Brookhaven are so warm and friendly; they bring a special feeling to the atmosphere. Thank you for having us perform there again!
Fox Run is a retirement home in Novi, which felt like a cruise ship on land! That place is huge! They have a beautiful auditorium for the residents where we performed Granados and Beethoven. A few days after that we performed Granados and Castillon’s first trio for the Glacier Hills residents. We always love bringing music to Glacier Hills 🙂 Xxx
Tonight we performed Mozart, Schubert and Dvorak’s Dumky! We’re so happy that Professors Harding and Votapek were able to make it out, and the audience was so warm and friendly. Performing at the library was special. Here are photos with a few of our audience members: AJ Hamilton, Marion Riegel, Clarence Kelmer, and Cliff & Jacquie Wagoner.
